Built a fully automated business workflow system using n8n, designed to streamline and scale lead management operations across multiple platforms. The system captures leads from various sources (web forms, ads, chatbots), cleans and deduplicates data in real time, and routes qualified leads into a centralized Google Sheet and integrated CRM. Instant alerts notify teams via Slack or email, while smart triggers automate follow-ups based on lead profiles. The project also included automated report generation, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
